Alexxus Browning is a self-taught artist from the midwest whose photography has a fun, fresh style. Her talents range from film and digital photography to cinema such as short films and music videos for other artists.

Her attention to detail and pops of color are what sets her apart from other photographers. She has a keen eye for creative embellishment and is great at being able to create the exact vision she is searching for. Whether it’s lifestyle or editorial photography/film, she is always able to beautifully execute her plans because of her dedication and genuine love for the art. Alexxus has always considered herself to be a big dreamer and can relate to her favorite Disney movie ‘Alice in Wonderland’ because “being able to make a vision in your head come to life feels like a real superpower”.

My name is Alexxus Browning and I currently reside in the small yet blossoming city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I go by the name of “Pholexx” which represent the first letters of “photography” and letters of my name “Alexxus”. I am a mother to two beautiful girls, Inez and Issa. We have a Great Dane pup named Olive and I am married to my best friend (and Tumblr crush) of 10 years! I love all things COLORFUL. I thoroughly enjoy traveling, arts & crafts, and binge watching a good comfort TV show.

My passion is to use art to inspire a better world and continue to grow. I can use my voice and talents for advocation against racial injustice, equality amongst women, non-binary and the LGBTQIA+ community because I truly believe art gives us the courage to change the world.
