I've always viewed myself as a creator FIRST. I am in love with so many different mediums of art whether I personally indulge in them or not. I definitely have a love for all different areas of artistry. Aside from photography, I love to paint, write, illustrate, create short films and craft props for set design.

I truly believe that LOVE IS LOVE, rights amongst humans should be equal, and I stand for inclusivity. Growing up biracial, I have had the pleasure of being exposed to and apart of many different communities that make up the world today. For this, I am beyond thankful to be apart of a community that is so diverse.
I believe we should always be open to accepting others as they are and celebrate individuality through kindness, intentional understanding and oneness.

Motherhood
Becoming a mother to my two daughters was the biggest transformation of my life. It's given me the boost I needed to thrive and go after my dreams. It's made my art better as I get to explore my own inner childlike wonder in parallel with my children. Motherhood is a beautiful and challenging adventure, I wouldn't trade it for the world! (Special shout out to my wonderful husband, Jacob for being the most supportive partner, friend and father. I am the luckiest wife. Definitely the most amazing man I've ever met!) The journey of motherhood has created such a soft spot in my heart for photographing mothers.
Fun fact: Maternity sessions are my FAVORITE.

I absolutely love Pholexx Photography! Alexxus such an amazing photographer. I showed her a Pinterest board of what I wanted my sessions to be and she gave me locations and times that worked perfectly with my schedule! I never felt uncomfortable or awkward during our sessions because she gave me an environment where I could express myself through her photography! I absolutely love my senior photos and still use them today in all my profiles!
Book with Alexxus!!!!! She made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable, especially given the photos were taken in our home. She was on time, communicative, and had full creative confidence in posing and capturing the vision we wanted. We got to see sneak peaks and couldn't WAIT to see the end result!!! She’s amazing!!!!!!
